EXPERIENCE TATTOO ARTIST
Jimmy Toge is a professional tattoo artist with over 26 years of experience, originally from Bandung, Indonesia, now based on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia.
He started tattooing in 1999, and over the years has built a serious track record—co-founding Bucks Buks Tattoo in Surabaya, running his own studio Radjah Skin Design from 2004 to 2016, and working across Indonesia and Australia with a strong reputation for clean, custom work.
Jimmy has picked up more than 20 international and national tattoo awards, including Best of Show, Best Realism, Best Colour, and a World Record for Art Collaboration. His work has been recognised at tattoo conventions in Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and across Indonesia.
His style? Versatile. Jimmy works across all styles—black & grey, colour, oriental, realism, cover-ups—but his real passion is in custom freehand tattoos. He designs directly on skin, building every piece to fit the body and the story behind it. No templates. No shortcuts. Just solid, original tattoos built to last.

- Surabaya Tattoo Festival 1 – A major convention in East Java that brought together artists and enthusiasts from all over Indonesia, celebrating tattoo culture, art, and performance.
- Surabaya Tattoo Festival 2 – The sequel event, bigger and bolder, helping cement Surabaya as one of Indonesia’s tattoo hotspots.
- FreekinX Tattoo Fest – A creative, edgy tattoo event known for its mix of ink, music, and underground art. Focused on showcasing raw, high-level talent from around the region.

I charge per design, not by the hour. Every piece is custom, based on your idea, placement, and the time it’ll take to complete.
